Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship - Curriculum
Welcome to the University of Cincinnati Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience, and thank you for your interest in the Geriatric Psychiatry Fellowship Program. Our program offers two fellowship positions in geriatric psychiatry and is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education.
Fellows in our program are exposed to a rich assortment of clinical environments, including the Cincinnati Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center and the Alois Alzheimer Center in suburban Cincinnati, the first specialized facility dedicated to the care, treatment and study of Alzheimer’s disease in the United States. Training also takes place at VA long-term care and different specialty clinics.
Fellowship faculty include highly experienced, nationally known researchers, American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN)-certified physicians and non-physician multidisciplinary geriatric specialists, dedicated to quality patient care, teaching and scholarly activity.
Please enjoy exploring this site, and don’t hesitate to contact me if you have questions.
