LURASIDONE as Adjunctive Treatment with LITHIUM OR DIVALPROEX

Eligibility
Adults (18-75 years old) with a diagnosis of bipolar I depressionBipolar patients are currently taking lithium or depakote
Outpatient only

MRI STUDY involving treatment with SEROQUEL or LITHIUM CARBONATE for Adults and Adolescents with Bipolar I Disorder

Eligibility
Adults and adolescents (12-35 years old) with a diagnosis of bipolar I disorder and are manic, mixed, or depressed
MRI brain scan required

Eligible participants may receive at no cost, study medication, study-related physical exam, lab work and compensation for time and travel, and MRI brain scans

 

LITHIUM study for Adolescents and Adults with Bipolar I Disorder

Eligibility
Adults and adolescents (15-55 years old) with a diagnosis of bipolar I disorder and are manic, mixed, or depressed
MRI brain scan required

OMEGA-3 Study for Children and Young Adults with Major Depression At-Risk for Bipolar Disorder

Eligibility
Children through young adults (10-21 years old) with a diagnosis of major depressive disorder
Participants must have at least one biological parent that has bipolar I disorder
Outpatient only
MRI brain scan required
