Bipolar Mania Clinical Trials


CARIPRAZINE for Adults With Bipolar Disorder

Eligibility
Adults (18-65 years old) with a diagnosis of bipolar I (manic or mixed episode)
Inpatient initially for 2-3 weeks and then outpatient for 17 weeks

Eligible participants may receive at no cost, study medication, study-related physical exam, lab work, and compensation for time and travel

 

LITHIUM study for Adolescents and Adults with Bipolar I Disorder

Eligibility
Adults and adolescents (15-55 years old) with a diagnosis of bipolar I disorder and are manic, mixed, or depressed
MRI brain scan required.

Eligible participants may receive at no cost, study medication, study-related physical exam, lab work, compensation for time and travel
 


MRI STUDY involving treatment with SEROQUEL or LITHIUM CARBONATE for Adults and Adolescents with Bipolar I Disorder

Eligibility
Adults and adolescents (12-35 years old) with a diagnosis of bipolar I disorder and are manic, mixed, or depressed
MRI brain scan required
