LAMICTAL as Add-on Treatment for Bipolar I Disorder in Children and Adolescents

Eligibility
Children and adolescents (12-17 years old) with a diagnosis of bipolar I disorder and are currently manic or mixed
Inpatient or outpatient
MRI brain scan required

SEROQUEL or LITHIUM for Children and Adolescents with Bipolar I Disorder – Current Manic or Mixed Episode

Eligibility
Children and adolescents (12-17 years old) with a diagnosis of bipolar I disorder and are currently manic or mixed

Adults and adolescents (12-35 years old) with a diagnosis of bipolar I disorder and are manic, mixed, or depressed
MRI brain scan required

LITHIUM study for Adolescents and Adults with Bipolar I Disorder

Eligibility
Adults and adolescents (15-55 years old) with a diagnosis of bipolar I disorder and are manic, mixed, or depressed
MRI brain scan required

SEROQUEL PLUS TOPAMAX for Co-occurring Alcohol Use and Bipolar I Disorder in Young Adults and Adolescents

Eligibility 
Young adults and adolescents (12-21 years old) with a diagnosis of bipolar I disorder (mixed or manic episode) and alcohol abuse or dependence

OLANZAPINE for Adolescents with Bipolar I Disorder

Eligibility
Adolescents (13-17 years old) with a with a diagnosis of bipolar I disorder (manic or mixed) or schizophrenia
Outpatient open label safety study for up to one year
